Remote Trainings

In the dynamic work life it is getting harder for people to find time to participate in trainings with long duration and relative compactness in time. That is why more and more common practice is conducting the so-called remote training.

The development of computers enables knowledge to be presented electronically, increasing the speed of working with information. Information technology has allowed this information to be retained, transmitted and distributed over long distances at any time.

Remote training , also called online, e-training, e-learning, computer or Internet training is the modern alternative to conducting a training in a traditional classroom. In general, the remote training in Vocational Training Centre NGO "Inside" can be described as training, in which students are in different locations than the teacher and the communication with each other is presented via computer or with other communication means. The diplomas, issued after the completion of the course, are the same as for a full-time training.

How is the remote training working?
In each remote training it is necessary to have a teacher, one or more students and a course or program that the teacher will teach the students. The remote training, as well as traditional training, requires students to be tested, evaluated, to give them assistance where necessary and to be preparing them for exams. For this purpose there must be bidirectional communication. Learning can be individual or group, and in both cases it can be done without the physical presence of the teacher. The materials must be structured in such a form that allows learning at a distance. The material is sent to the learner and then he or she returns the completed tasks to be checked by the teacher.
Video/audio model of distance education: the interactivity of modern technology provides opportunities for remote training, similar to those in an ordinary classroom. Teachers and students can communicate via two-way video link or by one-way video and two-way audio link.

Flexibility, accessibility, convenience. Users can learn at their own pace and at a place of their choice. Moreover, they are free to study, whenever they want and whatever they need.
A technology with a lot of platforms. Unlike some other forms of learning by computer, distance learning on the Internet is available for Windows, Mac or Unix users, usually without requiring additional software. The training program is made only once and can then be delivered to any computer connected to the Internet.
Saves time and money. Because the Internet can be provided anywhere, there will be no travel expenses of students to travel to some building. According to some estimates the average cost for this type of training is 50% smaller than the traditional method of classroom learning.
Inexpensive prevalence worldwide. Remote training on the Internet is accessible to any computer in the world, connected to the Internet, which significantly reduces the costs to supply the materials compared to traditional ways of distribution.
Easy for processing. When you need to make changes in curriculum, these changes are only in one place - on the server, where the course is uploaded. So every user around the world can immediately see and download the new things in the course.
